SPOTLIGHT ARMY is a professional, semester-long Musical Theatre training program, designed for dancers and performers who want to consciously enter the professional market or significantly enhance the quality and value of their current artistic careers.
The program offers comprehensive stage and professional preparation, going far beyond standard dance training. Each month is divided into thematic developmental blocks, focused on specific skills essential for the work of a professional performer.
In addition to intensive work on Jazz Dance and Fosse Jazz technique, participants took part in developmental and industry workshops, including:
a professional photoshoot and the development of an artistic portfolio,

Each month concluded with a summary project that organized, reinforced, and assessed the skills acquired, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in artistic and professional practice.
